Four 4PB members in landmark Court of Appeal case

Four members of 4PB: Christopher Hames QC; Jacqueline Renton; Charlotte Baker and Harry Langford were involved in a Court of Appeal decision concerning habitual residence and third state returns under the Hague Convention 1980.
