Sixteen 4PB members appear in Court of Appeal Case.

Today, sixteen members of 4PB will appear in the Court of Appeal in a seminal case concerning the application of PD12J, rape allegations and coercive control in the Family Court.

 

Chris Hames QC and Charlotte Baker represent the appellant mother in Re H-NB, instructed by Goodman Ray Solicitors.

Prof Jo Delahunty QC, Chris Barnes and Adele Cameron-Douglas represent the appellant mother in Re T, instructed by Beck Fitzgerald.

Charles Hale QC, Rebecca Foulkes and Miriam Best represent the respondent father in Re T, instructed by Meadows Ryan Solicitors.

Teertha Gupta QC, Matthew Persson and Clarissa Wigoder represent the respondent father in Re B-B, instructed Penningtons Manches Cooper.
