Nicola Wallace invited as guest lecturer by Maastricht University.

Nicola Wallace has been invited as guest lecturer to speak at Maastricht University for the Maastricht University/ Royal Academy Executive in Executive Masters in Cultural Leadership on 25th March 2022.

Nicola will be examining comparative jurisdictions, alternative dispute options and highlighting the invaluable role of mediation in disputes arising in family wealth disputes and the Art and Cultural Heritage sectors.

The pilot looks to improve the level of information shared by police and local authorities with the family courts, reducing the prospects of victims having to recount their traumatic experiences in court, alongside giving children a greater voice in any proceedings.
