Charlotte is recognised as a leading junior in Family: Children And Domestic Abuse, as such she has a wealth of experience in complex private, international and public law cases; regularly appearing in the High Court.

In her private law practice, Charlotte is frequently instructed in matters involving the most serious of issues, including allegations of parental alienation, domestic abuse and the abuse of a child (emotional, physical, sexual).

International work, represents an important aspect of Charlotte’s practice and she has experience in cases involving abduction as well as those private law cases with an international element, such as leave to remove applications (both temporary and permanent), together with issues relating to the relocation of a child to different jurisdictions by the state.

Charlotte’s public law practice focuses on those cases that include significant allegations of harm, including non-accidental injury, shaken baby syndrome, fabricated or induced injury cases, together with cases relating to mental health or incapacity concerns.
