Financial Remedy Essay Competition 2023 – Winners Announcement

This year, 4PB was proud to launch the inaugural Financial Remedy Essay Competition to nurture excellence and innovation in the field of financial remedies. As a leading family law set, we recognise the value of continuous learning and the exchange of ideas for the advancement of family law practice. With this opportunity, we aimed to introduce current law students, as well as those who completed their studies and were actively seeking pupillage, to the realm of Financial Remedies law in the hope that they will be inspired to further explore this area of law.

The title for this year’s essay was: “Courts should consider a party’s behavior in the division of financial assets. The case law has set the bar too high.”
