Katharine Bundell and Henry Clayton Invited to speak at the Family Law Week Financial Remedy Conference 2026

We are delighted that Katharine Bundell and Henry Clayton have been invited to join the line-up of experts at the Family Law Week Financial Remedy Conference 2026.
Henry Clayton will present on “International financial remedy: Forum Conveniens”, alongside Michael Allum, followed by Katharine Bundell MCIArb, who will be chairing the panel discussion “Then and Now: Reflecting on the Evolution of Financial Remedies Law and the MCA 1973 in 2026”. She will be joined by Brent Molyneux KC, Jennifer Lee, Clare Wiseman and Ewan Murray.
