In an article for the New Law Journal Mani addresses the wrongful retention of children under the1980 Hague Convention and the options available to the parent left behind.

Further Mani goes on to look at the inherent jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales when a child is retained in a country which is not a signatory to the Hague Convention.
