The articles, published in Counsel Magazine, provide practical examples of scenarios and offer helpful solutions. Both Jo and Darren form part of the Bar Council Working Party, whose report on the same issue is due to be published. Sam King QC and Jo Delahunty QC attended a meeting convened by The Family Law Bar Association to discuss how to address bullying within the profession.
