In a two-part practical guide on what constitutes abusive behaviour towards advocates, Jo Delahunty QC (4PB) and Darren Howe QC (1 Crown Office Row) address the thorny issue of bullying within the legal profession. The articles, published in Counsel Magazine, provide practical examples of scenarios and offer helpful solutions. Both Jo and Darren form part of the Bar Council Working Party, whose report on the same issue is due to be published. Sam King QC and Jo Delahunty QC attended a meeting convened by The Family Law Bar Association to discuss how to address bullying within the profession.
