The chapter contributed by members of Chambers provides a practical guide to the difficult process of litigating allegations of child sexual abuse within the family courts. The book was published on 21 January 2016 and will be formally launched at a reception on 14 March 2016 with an address by Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, the Lord Chief Justice.
