Samantha Woodham shortlisted at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2024

The awards seek to identify exceptional women leaders and practitioners as well as the legal businesses, teams and individuals that are moving the needle across all the strands of diversity and inclusion.

Samantha has said:

“All the statistics show us that a diverse leadership creates better business outcomes, and yet women remain significantly under-represented in the highest echelons of the Bar and the legal profession. Women led businesses secure far less investment than male led businesses, which feeds into the lack of women taking risks and pursuing innovative ventures. So championing women and diversity matters. Change is coming, but it’s too slow for my liking. We need to accelerate to a world where our sons and daughters see versions of themselves represented in all the top legal roles, and these awards are an excellent example of how we spotlight the issue. I’m very honoured to be included in a fantastic list of nominees.”
