COVID 19 Update- 4PB Facilities

18th March 2020

We at 4PB are closely following the regular updates from the MOJ and Bar Council and anticipate the suspension of in person court hearings save for cases where this is absolutely necessary.

We have 2 modern large conference rooms with full video conferencing facilities to use for remote meetings and hearings.

The “Lifesize” system, which has been tried and tested by us for some time now,  allows for totally secure, virtual meeting rooms to be set up (with up to 25 people connected to each one) and no limit to the number of rooms that can be set up. Lifesize can accommodate users on desktops, laptops, tablets and even mobile phones as long as they have a camera facility.  Our “Lifesize” system also allows for digital recordings to be made of the conference or court hearing.

4PB also has significant experience of early neutral evaluations, private FDRs and arbitrations and has 8 qualified arbitrators in chambers.

If you have a hearing in the next few days or weeks that you believe could be dealt with by the use of our Audio Visual remote access facilities whether as temporary alternative to the court system or a permanent alternative via arbitration please feel free to contact us at clerks@4pb.com

May we at 4PB take this opportunity to wish you all the very best of health during these difficult and testing times.
