Teertha Gupta QC, Jacqueline Renton, Chris Hames QC, Brian Jubb and Michael Gration all appear in Court of Justice of the European Union on Friday. The case will determine, inter alia, whether physical presence is a requisite ingredient of habitual residence, pursuant to the Brussels II Revised Regulation 2003.
