Charles Hale QC and Matthew Persson (for the appellant), and David Williams QC and Jacqueline Renton (for the intervener, The Centre for Family Law, Policy and Practice) are appearing today in the Court of Appeal in the case of Re R [2016]. The case will examine the law in respect of internal abductions.
