Practice Areas

When parties entered into transnational parenting, they were taken to be doing so with their eyes wide open and with an understanding that, if their relationship broke down, the possibility of the child or children moving abroad would become a major issue. In the instant case, the mother of a one-year-old child would be permitted to relocate with him to her native Russia following the breakdown of her relationship with the father, a British national.
