The Court of Appeal dismissed a mother’s appeal against the dismissal of her allegation that the father had threatened to kill her. There had been no lacuna in the judge’s approach to the evidence; the fact that there had previously been a false start in the proceedings was of no real importance and there was no basis upon which to interfere with his conclusion on the issues of fact.
