Cliona Papazian successfully resisted a mother’s application made under the parens patriae jurisdiction and for set aside  of a previous judge’s order dismissing her application for the return of her children from Libya.  The set aside application  failed as  the court was not satisfied that there had been a fundamental change of circumstancesnor that the welfare of the children demanded a set aside.
