Furhana joined 4PB in September 2019. She graduated with a MBA from a London Business School in 2008 and has since worked in senior management posts in highly successful, tier 1 sets. Prior to this, she was engaged in marketing and business development management in the wireless communications sector.
Her strong management experience is additionally supported by a postgraduate diploma in employment law.
Furhana’s role at 4PB is to ensure the effective management of Chambers and the delivery of first-class services to clients and members. She is additionally responsible for the implementation of chambers’ strategies as well as supporting members with legal, regulatory and other developments which may affect Chambers.
In November 2020, Furhana joined the Executive Board of the Legal Practice Managers Association and in January 2021 was appointed to join the Bar Council Education & Training Committee.
