On Monday 21st October 2013 Michael Sternberg QC MCI Arb, Stephen Lyons MCI Arb, Chris Hames and Kate Van Roll gave lectures on a range of financial remedy topics including Freezing Orders; an FR up-date; non-matrimonial property and Prest v Petrodel to a very well-attended meeting of The Thames Valley Law Society in Reading.
