The Family Law Symposium, hosted by The Bar Council of England and Wales, takes place tomorrow.
We are delighted that Ruth Kirby KC, Katharine Bundell, and Baljinder Bath have been invited to Delhi to speak alongside the Chair of the Bar Council, Barbara Mills KC. Together, they will discuss key topics in hashtag#FamilyLaw, including:
– Children and cross-jurisdictional issues
– Asset sharing in financial remedies and enforcement
– Non-court dispute resolution in family law, including arbitration and mediation
