The winning essay of our 2025 Financial Remedies Essay Competition, written by Olivia Hesson, has been published in the Family Law Journal.
Entrants were invited to consider the question: “Does the decision of Standish v Standish [2025] UKSC 26 exacerbate inequality in divorce outcomes by unfairly advantaging the wealthier spouse?”
