Frankie Shama and Jonathan Rustin Appear in LGL v MC [2025] EWHC 2502 (Fam)

Frankie Shama (instructed by Lyons Davidson Limited) and Jonathan Rustin (instructed by Dawson Cornwell) appeared on behalf of the Applicant and Respondent respectively in proceedings brought under the 1980 Hague Convention for the summary return of three children to Ecuador. The court rejected the Respondent Father’s consent/ acquiescence and Article 13(b) defences and ordered the summary return of the children accordingly.
