Emma Spruce Returns from Maternity Leave

17th March 2025

We are delighted to welcome Emma Spruce back from maternity leave.

Described in the Directories as a ‘Brilliant advocate’ with ‘technical skills’ alongside a ‘likeable personality’, Emma’s practice encompasses all areas of private and international family law.

Emma’s children law practice includes cases that range from complex international matters with a requirement for a technical approach to cases which involve serious allegations of domestic or sexual abuse. Emma is also regularly instructed to both pursue and defend leave to remove applications on an internal and on an international basis.

She advises and acts in proceedings relating to all areas of family finance and is equally comfortable being instructed as junior counsel in matters relating to high net worth individuals as she is acting and advising on her own, in both big and small money cases.
