Dorothea Gartland KC Speaks at the ABA Family Law Fall CLE Conference 2025 on LGBTQIA+ Issues for International Families

The 4-Day Family Law Fall CLE Conference hosted by the American Bar Association begins today in Montreal.
Dorothea Gartland KC has been invited to speak alongside Shannon Minter (National Centre for LGBTQ Rights) on Day One of the conference, where they will discuss the evolving jurisprudence on access to gender care for minors and the impact that disputes between parents regarding such care may have on custody decisions.
