Deirdre Fottrell KC presents at the ALC’s Representation of Child Party Webinar.

Deirdre Fottrell KC will speak alongside Mr Justice MacDonald at this afternoon’s Association of Lawyers for Children (ALC) Representation of Child Party Webinar.
They will consider: the respective roles of a solicitor and of a guardian once a child has been joined as a party to proceedings; when a child should be separately represented in #HagueProceedings; the role and remit of the solicitor guardian and the admissibility of their opinion evidence.
