Alex Verdan QC, Jacqueline Renton and Michael Gration represent Children and Families Across Borders in the Supreme Court

On Monday 24th July the UK Supreme Court heard the appeal in the matter of Re ZA [2012] EWCA Civ 1396. Children and Families Across Borders (of which Teertha Gupta QC is a trustee) intervened in the appeal, instructing Alex, Jacqueline and Michael (who appeared pro bono) through Simon Bruce and Josephine Fay of Farrer and Co LLP.
