6 Members of 4PB Appointed to the Attorney General’s Civil Panel Counsel

We are delighted that six members of 4PB have been appointed to the Attorney General’s Civil Panel Counsel, which undertakes civil work on behalf of government departments and agencies.

Michael Edwards has been appointed to A Panel, handling the most complex government cases across all courts and tribunals, having previously served on B and C Panels. Charlotte Baker has been appointed to B Panel, while Harry Langford, Ralph Marnham and Imogen Mellor have been appointed to C Panel.

Each will serve on their respective panels for a five-year term commencing on 1 September 2026, while continuing their practices at 4PB.

They join Rebecca Foulkes, who was appointed to the B Panel in 2025.

We are proud to see so many members recognised through these appointments and wish them every success in their new roles.
