In addition to this the case also considered the March 2021 final report of the President’s Public Law Working Group, entitled “Recommendations to achieve best practice in the child protection and family justice systems” & the June 2020 “Family Justice Council Public Law Working Group recommendations to achieve best practice in the child protection and family justice systems (Special Guardianship Orders)”.
