B v N (2022) EWHC 1429

Cliona Papazian successfully represented a father in his application for the summary return of his five-year-old child to Germany. Mrs Justice Theis granted his application on the basis that the mother had wrongfully retained the child and it would be reasonable to expect the mother to accompany the child to Germany.
