Imogen Watkins
Imogen joined Chambers as a tenant in October 2025 following the successful completion of her pupillage at 4PB. She accepts instructions across every aspect of Chambers’ practice.
Prior to her pupillage, Imogen worked as a County Court Advocate, attending over 700 court hearings and undertaking drafting work on a range of matters, including property and contractual disputes.
Imogen acts as a mentor for those seeking to obtain Inn scholarships through Her Bar and Young Bar Mentoring.
In her free time, Imogen enjoys cooking, going to the theatre and travelling.

Private Children Law > >
Imogen is regularly instructed in private children law proceedings for child arrangements orders, specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders at all stages of the proceedings. She has experience of cases involving allegations of physical and sexual abuse.

Imogen has appeared in the High Court and has undertaken both private law and public law proceedings which include international components. She has a keen interest in cases which involve temporary leave to remove from the jurisdiction and international relocation.

Imogen accepts instructions from Local Authorities, parents and Guardians in care proceedings. She has acted alone and been led in complex proceedings.

Imogen accepts instructions in financial remedy proceedings and has been instructed on cases involving a range of complex issues.

Imogen is a keen writer, having previously been an editor for the Bristol Law Review. She has written articles for Family Law Week and the Family Law Journal.
