- Contact application by a father who now lives as a transgender person in respect of his children who live with their mother in a Charedi community
- Application by a 14-year-old girl suffering from terminal cancer for an order for her to be cryo-preserved upon death
- Administration of treatment to children whose parents are Jehovah witnesses
- Jurisdiction to make final child arrangement orders
- Appeals against findings of fact.
