Ralph Marnham appointed to GLD Panel

Congratulations to Ralph Marnham who has been appointed to join the Junior Junior Counsel Panel for the Government Legal Department.
He joins Michael Edwards, as Counsel to the Crown, who is on the Panel B, Junior Counsel.
