Mai-Ling Savage and Miriam Best Invited to Speak at Essex Resolution Re-Launch Event

Mai-Ling Savage and Miriam Best of 4PB have been invited as guest speakers at the Resolution Essex Re-Launch Event, taking place today.
Mai-Ling will deliver a presentation on capacity and financial remedies proceedings, followed by Miriam, who will speak on Re Y (Experts and Alienating Behaviour: The Modern Approach) [2026] EWFC 38. They will then join a panel discussion alongside Tina Harrington and David Stevens of Trinity Chambers, co-chaired by Louise Buttery (Family Law Partners) and Filomena Sterkaj (Stowe Family Law LLP).
