Five Members of 4PB Appear in the Court of Appeal Today in the Matter of Re: R (Children)

The matter concerns an appeal filed by the children, through their litigation friend, against the decision of the President of the Family Division. The appeal challenges the dismissal of their application to set aside a return order to the USA made on 5 November 2024.
