We welcome back Dorothea Gartland KC this week following her invitation to speak at a Judicial Conference in Germany on the application of the 1980 Hague Convention in decisions involving the two jurisdictions and outlining the way the courts deal with applications for temporary and permanent removal. Dorothea addressed the conference in German and was delighted to be part of this European event.
