Barbara Mills KC and Charlotte Baker Instructed in the First Court of Appeal Pathfinder Case

Barbara Mills KC and Charlotte Baker have prepared written submissions on behalf of Rights of Women in the first “Pathfinder” case, which is before the Court of Appeal today. They were instructed by Jenny Beck KC (Hon) and Rebecca Pantelli at Beck Fitzgerald.

The case will involve consideration of how allegations of domestic abuse are dealt with in Pathfinder cases, especially those which are returning to court following previous orders having been made.
