Anita Mehta was invited to speak at the sold-out Class Legal Financial Remedies Conference 2025. She delivered a presentation on one of the biggest questions in Financial Remedy law this year: ‘Conduct; Does it need a reset?’. The conference was chaired by Mr Justice Peel, with Sir Nicholas Mostyn delivering the keynote speech.
