4PB delegation join the Bar Council Family Law Conference in Dubai between 16th – 17th September.

4PB delegation, Charles Hale KC, Ruth Kirby KC, Nicola Wallace and Clarissa Wigoder, join the Bar Council Family Law Conference, taking place in Dubai between 16th – 17th September.

On 16th September, titled ‘Family law in transition – disputes across borders’, together with speakers from the UAE, the delegation will share comparative perspectives at the Capital Club, DIFC.

Charles Hale KC will be discussing ‘Financial provision and jurisdiction’. Ruth Kirby KC and Clarissa Wigoder, panel speakers on ‘Child relocation and abduction’, concluding with Nicola Wallace on ‘The role of mediation and arbitration in resolving disputes’. The day will also include a keynote address from the British Embassy on support for expats in the UAE, and will close with a networking reception, which will be a chance to build connections across both jurisdictions.

On 17th September, Nicola Wallace will be joining esteemed practitioners on a panel discussing the intersection of Family Law and Commercial Law, at The Fairmont, Dubai.
