4 members of 4PB contribute to the inaugural Family Law Week Journal

We are delighted that 4 members of 4PB have contributed to the inaugural Family Law Week Journal. The publication brings together leading experts to analyse the most significant cases, legislative changes, and practice developments in family law over the past 12 months.
Mani Singh Basi will serve as Managing Editor. Ruth Kirby KC, alongside Sulema Jahangir of Dawson Cornwell, contributed an article entitled “Abducting parents’ refusal to return – implications for lawyers, litigants and international relations”. Andrew Powell KC and Emily Otvos co-authored “Modern Families – Case Review”.
