1st Senior Practice Manager

Overview

Kenny joined 4PB in 2004, bringing with him a wealth of clerking experience gained at 6 King’s Bench Walk (now 6KBW College Hill) and subsequently at Fourteen, a prominent family law set.

As First Senior Practice Manager, Kenny works in close collaboration with the Director and Deputy Director of Practice & Business Development to ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of Chambers. His responsibilities encompass the strategic management of Chambers’ daily diary, fee negotiation, and the supervision and development of the Junior Clerking Team. He also liaises closely with the administrative and fees departments to maintain operational excellence across all aspects of Chambers’ practice management.

Kenny plays a key role in upholding the high professional standards for which 4PB is renowned, ensuring deadlines are consistently met and that both barristers and clients receive exceptional levels of service and support.

Beyond his core management duties, Kenny actively contributes to Chambers’ marketing and business development initiatives. He engages with clients and professional contacts, identifies new opportunities, and represents Chambers at a range of industry and networking events, further strengthening 4PB’s market presence and client relationships.

Kenny holds an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, awarded in 2020, which has further enhanced his leadership capabilities and team development expertise.
