Radicalism Cases in the Family Court

Radicalism is a challenging and increasingly prominent issue facing family practitioners in all areas of work. This seminar will consider, in detail, this fast developing area of law and explore the Presidents Guidance 'Radicalism in the Family Courts' and the legal and practical implications to be drawn from the judgements that are now being disseminated by the Family Division.
