Congratulations to Ruth Kirby, to be appointed Silk in 2021

A huge congratulations to Ruth Kirby, who will be appointed to the rank of Queen’s Counsel in a ceremony (to be announced in due course) when the Lord Chancellor will present her Letters Patent on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen. Ruth takes the total number of silks at 4PB to 17.
