Henry Setright QC and Michael Gration represent the successful applicant in the European Court of Human Rights.

Henry Setright QC and Michael Gration (instructed by Dawson Cornwell) represented a father in his application to the ECHR following 1980 Hague Convention proceedings in Romania (CASE OF FERRARI v. ROMANIA, (Application no. 1714/10)). The judgment was handed down today can can be read here.

The ECHR found a breach of the father’s Article 8 rights and awarded him 7,500Euros in respect of non-pecuniary damages.
