14 Barristers qualify as Collaborative Lawyers

21-06-2010
Collaborative Law is a relatively new approach to dispute resolution, which aims to avoid court proceedings.

It provides a client and family centred forum for reaching solutions in an co-operative way and serves the needs of parties who wish to avoid the "traditional" Court "battle".  Each person retains a collaborative lawyer who provides advice and support.  Issues are resolved by way of a series of face to face meetings, involving both clients and their lawyers, rather than correspondence and court hearings.

The collaborative lawyers at 4 Paper Buildings include; Michael Sternberg QC, Alex Verdan QC, Catherine Wood, Christopher Hames, Stephen Lyon, Mark Jarman, Sally Bradley, Barbara Mills, Ruth Kirby, Cliona Papazian, Harry Gates, Kate Van Rol, Ceri White, Elizabeth Couch and Dorothea Gartland.
